- Suggestions to reinforce previous weeks
- Suggestions to direct yourself from a third person perspective
- New method of appetite, and fat burning, and the new slim, healthy attractive body completed
Week 6: Self Hypnosis Programming
- Taught a technique to enter hypnosis and program yourself in only a minute or two
- You will be able to use this technique at any time and place under and conditions
